INVITATION TO TENDER FOR TRANSPORT PROVISION
Empower is a local development company situated in Fingal. Empower is
responsible for the delivery of a range of Government funded
programmes to meet the needs of individuals, families and community
groups in the area. Our work is underpinned by community development
approaches and principles.
Empower is currently seeking tender submissions for transport
provision which will facilitate engagement of refugees across Fingal,
through the delivery of training supports and day trips, under the
Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP).
The overall outcome of training supports, will provide these
individuals with increased confidence; a firm sense of direction;
industry specific certification; improved job-seeking skills, which
will increase the likelihood of being placed in employment and
retaining such placement. Participation in social, cultural and
economic activities will improve wellbeing and quality of life.
REQUIREMENTS FOR TENDERS:
Each tender should contain an outline of the following:
* History and background of company, relevant experience and
qualifications (copies required).
* Previous experience of working with Empower target groups, if
applicable.
* Confirmation and documentation to support adherence to Garda
vetting processes.
* Current Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Reference Number (TRN)
and Tax Clearance Access Number (TCAN).
* Booking and Cancellation Policies.
* Costing mechanism for service provision.
